Oct. 29

Michael Hallowell, 18, of 232 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for passing in a no passing zone.

Anthony Mastrocco, 52, of 19 Westwood Drive, Moodus, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

James Kozikowski, 19, of 62 Childs Road, East Hampton, Scott E. Jackson, 19, of 242 E. High St., East Hampton, and Brennen M. Gibbons, 19, of no known address, were arrested for first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass and intimidation based in bigotry/bias.

Doris Gayle, 61, of 55 Flatbrook Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for traveling too fast for conditions after she lost control of her car, drove up on an embankment, through a mailbox and came to a stop upon colliding with a small hill. No injuries were sustained.

Oct. 31

A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a summons for third-degree criminal mischief.

Nov. 1

Donna Jean Biron, 44, of 154 S. Main St., Colebrook, N.H., was issued a written warning for failure to obey a control signal and failure to notify DMV of address change.

Nov. 2

Deborah Garcia, 42, of 98 Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for six counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Nov. 3

Christopher Vecchito, 23, of 224 Cox Road, Portland, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Desiree White, 31, of 41 Akron St., Meriden, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Julie D. Jenny, 37, of 72 Bishop Ave., Southington, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Oct. 25

Brian P. Irizarry, 24, of 25 Hilltop Road, East Hampton, was charged on a warrant by State Police for third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, tampering with a motor vehicle and fourth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle. He was released on a $2,500.

Oct. 29

Steven Dickerson, 41, of 18 Chatham Court, Portland, was charged by State Police with speeding, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to obey a traffic control signal
