Rechovos is the landowner on the empty Waterhole development. Stinks to be them. Three mil per year for 50+ empty lots for four years now? Wonder who's "Z"?

This is the 1994 list:
1. CT Light & Power
2. New England Realty Associates
3. Edward Jackowitz
4. Rand William Wayne, Investment, Inc.
