ALZHEIMER'S FUNDRAISER - HIKE4HOPE – July 26th

10:00 am – 1:00 pm – Airline Trail State Park, East Hampton (Main St entrance).   Take steps and join us in our fight to End Alzheimer’s disease, bring awareness, raise funds to support research, and provide education to families whose lives have been touched by this disease.   Every 67 seconds someone in the U.S. is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.  Help us stop the clock on this disease that has no cure and affects over 5 million Americans.

Wear your purple to show your support and enjoy a family day hiking, biking, strolling at your leisure on this beautiful scenic trail.   For only a $10 registration fee, all participants will receive an Alzheimer’s knapsack, snack bar, and a Merchant Discount Pass.  This pass will provide all participants a 10% discount to all participating East Hampton merchants who will be displaying purple balloons for easy identification.  Visit our website at alzhike4hope.org for more information or to pre -register.   There will be prize drawings and a representative from the Alzheimer’s Association with educational information about this dreadful disease.  If you are unable to attend this event, please consider making a donation at alzhike4hope.org.  For more information or questions please email us at alzhike4hope@gmail.com.  So grab your family and friends and help us paint the town Purple and honor those facing Alzheimer’s disease!
