Silver Alert Update: Missing 12-Year-Old Boy Found in Meriden



On October 2nd, 2013 after more than two days missing, 12 year old William Rodriguez was located in Meriden, CT.

The East Hampton Police Department would like to thank all state and local organizations that assisted in the search for William; as well as the citizens of East Hampton, Meriden, and other surrounding towns for the countless tips and assistance which aided police in ensuring William's safety.

William Rodriguez is a missing 12-year-old boy who was last seen in East Hampton, CT on Monday (9/30/13) at about 4:30 pm. 

William, a Hispanic male, is approximately 4'10" tall, 100 pounds, with brown eyes. He has brown hair styled into a mohawk with a tail which is bleached blonde. 

He was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, red t-shirt and black shorts.

It is believed that he left East Hampton on a silver, spray-painted mountain bike carrying a black and teal back pack. 

William was later seen traveling west bound on route 66 in Portland. He is believed to now be in the Meriden area.

William requires medication, which he is not taking at this time.
