Also, at the Rotary's Holiday Party earlier this month, Red and Anne McKinney were presented with the first Eaton E. Smith Honoree Award. The East Hampton Rotary Foundation is the sponsor of the Eaton E. Smith Honoree Award. It is presented to the awardee based on a $500 donation to the Foundation either as a one-time donation or a combination of donations over a period of time. The recipient, who can be a Rotarian or non-Rotarian, can be the contributor or someone else designated to receive the award. The donation was made by Mike Busler, Owen Flannery, Kevin Kuhr, Tom Ziemba and Dave Shulman.

Later, Red McKinney conducted a raffle to benefit the Veteran’s Memorial Fund.  Tickets were purchased for a chance to win prizes donated by members of the club.
