Portland Mom's Club to Host Open House

A great resource for moms and their children in town as a way of connecting with others.

The Portland Mom's Club will be hosting an open house on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Portland Public Library.

The mom's club is part of an international organization established to offer support, friendship, and fun for moms who stay-at-home or work part time. This is a great resource for moms and their children in town as a way of connecting with others, building relationships, learning about our town and having fun doing all sorts of activities.

Dawn Carroll, a local woman who operates FaeRings, will be on hand to provide Hula Hoop demonstrations for moms and kids. She makes and sells Hula Hoops of all sizes and colors and provides lessons in them!

I'm not real sure what the take away is. It may be me, but I haven't seen a lot of in-depthRead More reporting on either side of the issue. It appears that we will vote and the result will determine what our future holds. I am willing to read whatever is available to become an informed voter. Please advise where the truth in reporting is and where the public information can be accessed.
