The families of Army Specialist Elliot Pratt, Army Pvt. 2nd Class Eric Haury and Air Force SSgt Nicholas Pawlak, who have all recently been deployed to Afghanistan, will tie yellow ribbons.

For Pawlak, it will be the second time his yellow ribbon has been tied to the tree. Pawlak was among the first group to have a yellow ribbon tied to the tree in his honor on May 30, 2011. He was welcomed home with a ceremony on July 30, 2011, and now he is off again in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
