Portland Library presents "Mr. Frederick Douglass: His Life and Times"

Black History Month celebration geared for adults, teens and mature children.  A one-man play performed by acclaimed actor Fred Morsell depicts the life of Frederick Douglass.

Portland High School adn Middle School  students may receive extra credit for attending.
