Fuss-Free Appetizer
I love having easy appetizers to serve at my own parties or take to a friends' event.
My sister told me about this easy appetizer that has just four ingredients! These are the recipes I like to have at the ready for simple, tasty starters for a party or dinner.
When you are hosting a get-together, my advice is keep the appetizers simple. A few bowls of nuts, olives and one hot or cold appetizer is perfect for a small dinner party.

Leslie's Easy as Pie Appetizer
Serves 8-10
hummus, any kind
pesto, store-bought or your own
feta cheese, crumbled
black olives, sliced or chopped
In a pretty pie plate (or low rimmed dish), spread the hummus to the rim, top with pesto spread out evenly, top with crumbled feta and lastly, top with olives. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips. This is best made just before the guests arrive.
