Anything Goes Thinks Local When it Comes to its Inventory

Anything Goes, a consignment furniture and artisan shop in the East Hampton downtown village, has expanded its line of inventory made in the United States for the holiday season. The store features consignment furniture and antiques, fine art and crafts and home accents with an emphasis on restored, renewed and reclaimed items for the home from Connecticut and New England sources. 

“In today’s economy we need to keep jobs and resources at home. All new merchandise in our store is made in the United States,” co-owner Sherry Pensak said.

With the winter and holiday season approaching, Anything Goes has added a new line of pine and hardwood country furniture, jewelry made from recycled aluminum, tapestry handbags, wooden bowls and plates made from local trees, home and personal care products, handmade scarves and fleece mittens and hats made throughout New England and the United States. These additions expand the artisan furniture, fine art, handmade jewelry, pottery, mosaics, candles, decorator pillows, floral arrangements and other home décor made by Connecticut artists.

Pensak adds, “You don’t have to look far to find artisans and companies making quality products in the United States that you would buy for yourself and others.”

Anything Goes is located at 72 Main St. in East Hampton.
