Where/When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in the Children's Activity Room at the Russell Library, Broad Street, Middletown

Why Go: OK, so maybe you're not so into the exercise. Stop on by and pick up some slightly used brain food!

Pricing: Free, until you buy a book

3. 

Where/When: 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Durham Public Library, 7 Maple Ave.

Why Go: Hankerin' for some good eats? This is the place to be. The event is a fundraiser for the library.

Pricing: $30 per ticket (21 and over), which includes 3 bar tickets

4. 

Where/When: Epoch Arts Center, East Hampton, 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday

Why Go: Girls 12 and under, bring your dad or a man of your choice and join in on the dancing, food and crafts on this Valentine-themed night.

Pricing: $15

5. 

Where/When: 8 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday at the CFA Auditorium, 70 Wyllys Ave., on the Wesleyan University campus

Why Go: Mantsoe's performance will feature poetry and Iranian music played on traditional persian instruments.

Pricing: Admission is $21 for General Admission, $18 for seniors and Wesleyan staff/faculty, and $8 for Wesleyan students
