Video: The Annual Pumpkintown Parade

It sure looked like Halloween at Paul's & Sandy's Too in East Hampton.

Snow. Power outages. Talk of canceling Trick or Treating. What's a kid to do? Go to Paul's & Sandy's Too in East Hampton, that's what.

Monsters, superheroes, princesses, frogs, ants and much more invaded Pumpkintown USA for the annual Pumpkintown Parade on Monday.

The tradition has been going on for 18 years and keeps getting bigger, with more children turning out. The parade was preceded by a party. There was no admission charged, free hot dogs, popcorn and apple cider. As usual, the event was a great time for the young - and not so young.
