Data Based Development Systems Named a "Top Workplace"

Data Based Development Systems, Inc. (“DBDS”), an information technology (IT) consulting firm with industry-leading consultants and business solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Hartford Courant and FOX CT Top Workplaces in Connecticut for 2013.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 37 major publishing partners and recognizes a list of 150 National Top Workplaces.  Over the past year, more than 5,000 organizations and 1 in every 88 employees in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees.

“When The Hartford Courant first published the Top Workplace award in 2011, I asked ‘Why not DBDS in this publication next year,” noted DBDS President Roger Cady.  “In 2013, an employee nominated DBDS to participate in the evaluation and our organization agreed to the rigorous evaluation process. It takes great people to make a great workplace and DBDS is honored to have received this award, particularly as the judges were DBDS employees. Being awarded a Top Workplace as well as achieving UTC ‘Supplier Gold Status’ in 2013 speaks to the quality of our employees and the work they do.”
