Tuscany Grill introduces fall menu

MIDDLETOWN – An autumn dinner menu has been introduced at Tuscany Grill, owned and operated by Brenda and Lynne Reilly. Executive Chef Benjamin Gamble created special dishes with fall favorites like butternut squash that were added to the restaurant’s regular menu.

Autumn Antipasti choices are:

Prince Edward Island Mussels in a coconut & sweet chili broth with lemon grass, fennel, and slow roasted cherry tomatoes, $9.95.

Butternut Squash Ravioli & Rosemary Chicken with broccoli rabe, caramelized red onion and slow roasted cherry tomatoes in sherry cream sauce, $18;

Fennel & Red Pepper Flake Pork Tenderloin with broccoli rabe, fingerling potatoes in apple brandy cream sauce, $19;

Grilled Salmon with a goat cheese and caramelized red onion risotto cake, sautéed spinach, balsamic and pear reduction, $21;

Pan Seared Scallops with parmesan risotto, wilted spinach, blood orange gastrique, $22;

Peppercorn Crusted Ahi Tuna with basil infused risotto and cherry pepper, tomato, olive and caper tapenade, $22;

Roasted Chicken in fig and balsamic agrodolce sauce with spaghetti squash, fingerling potatoes, $18;

Spicy Clam & Mussel Stew with chorizo sausage, corn, fingerling potatoes, scallions, garlic crostini, $20;

Tenderloin Pork Tips with slow roasted cherry tomatoes, caramelized red onion, spinach, espagnole cream sauce, balsamic drizzle, gnocchi, $16;

Veal Tower with pan-seared veal medallions, arugula pesto, grilled eggplant, portabella mushroom, asiago cheese, house demi glace, scallion whipped potatoes, $22.
