Daily Five: Spring's Coming, Time to Get Your Sears Park Stickers!

- The East Hampton school district is now accepting applications for kindergarten registration for the fall of 2013. Any child who will turn five before Jan. 1, 2014 and lives in town can be enrolled. For more information contact East Hampton Memorial School.
- Residents of East Hampton can purchase stickers for Sears Park at Town Hall for the coming boating and beach season. Stickers can be purchased online or in person at the Parks and Recreation Department offices on Rout 16.
- The town of Portland is now participating in a discount drug prescription program that is open to all residents. Under the program the town will provide residents with a prescription discount card for those who are either uninsured or underinsured residents steep savings on prescription medicines.

- Over the next week Middlesex Community College is hosting three public forums on mental health and the impact on violence and the media. The program is in response to the Newtown tragedy and the forums will be held on the college’s Middletown campus in Chapman Hall. The forums are open to students, the college community and the public.
