"Official" prayers from the Town of Portland? Where was god when the nut-job was offing innocents? NOTHING FAILS LIKE PRAYER and the Town of Portland has absolutely no business exhorting citizens to "pray". Get off your knees and demand that the laws concerning mentally questionable people BE ENFORCED! If it's not a gun it will be a bomb (Timothy McVeigh) a car or truck, a knife, sword, club or ? The key is to identify mentally compromised people and then FOLLOW UP ON IT!!
