The following information was provided by the Portland Town Clerk's office

  • Yasmine Khan of Glastonbury to Bridget Kelly of Portland, 95 Culver Lane, $325,000, on Oct. 9.
  • Donald Snyder of Portland to John Barber, 1288 Portland Road, $255,000, on Oct 10.
  • Eileen T. Guess Living Trust of Portland to Eileen T. Conniff of Portland, 18 Barn Circle, for no consideration, on Oct. 9.
  • Robert G. Hamil of Middletown to Jessie Dunn and Anthony Aguanno of Portland, 31 Carousel Drive, $340,000, on Oct. 4.
