2014 Huntington's Disease Education Conference

The Huntington's Disease Society of America CT Affiliate is having their 2nd Annual Education Conference about Huntington's disease on Saturday April 5th from 9-3 pm at Backus Hospital conference rooms 1, 2, & 3 on the main level at the entrance of the hospital. There is NO FEE for the conference. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. It is open to the community. Presentations include learning about nutrition, long-term care and social security applications, research and clinical trials and much more. Thus is an excellent opportunity to hear from experts in their field from CT and MA.
