Vanessa J. Parker received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Arts degree in clinical Psychology at Central Connecticut State University. She has worked in a variety of behavioral health settings including managed care and detoxification. She is also certified as a Medication Treatment Specialist through the Connecticut Certification.
