Last Days of the Campaign

As the end of this campaign draws near and as most of my neighbors and friends have hunkered down throughout Hurricane Sandy, I am reminded that we live in a pretty special place. As I mentioned last week, it is our friends and neighbors who volunteer that make our communities so great. Thank you to all the volunteer fireman, ambulance, and others who make themselves ready for emergency situations in order to help others.
We need to get back to the basics. Nothing is a better reminder of this than working alongside those who we may disagree with, even in a hurricane. I believe this is the strongest asset I bring to those in this district. I am willing to work with anyone who wants to make this district better. At a recent work party for my campaign, I had someone from each political party working together at my home. We can do this in Hartford, too.
I have been honored as you have welcomed me at your doorsteps and to the countless community events. I want to be your next State Representative because I want to make a difference, and with your support, I can. I love this district. Put me to work for you. I am asking for your vote.
