Feb. 16

Kate Martins, 30, of 232 Grindle Brood Road, Glastonbury, and Margaret Traverso, 78, of 111 Dekoven Drive, Middletown, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 16 and Main Street. Martins was issued a written warning for following too close.

Eva Terrones, 22, of 6 Meeks Point Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Feb. 18

Savannah Begin, 18, of 9 Fairlawn Ave., East Hampton, was issued a summons for second-degree providing a false statement.

Michael Poe, 37, of 18 Wells Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree larceny and fourth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.

Feb. 20

Donna Zuber, 39, of 23 Brookhill Drive, East Hampton, and Susan Woodson, 30, of 18 Harlan Place, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Lakeview Street and Route 66. Zuber was issued a written warning for following too close.

Andre C. Caron, 39, of 8 Wordsworth Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Feb. 21

A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Todd Bower, 23, of 230 Old West High St., East Hampton, was arrested for a probation violation.

A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a ticket with making unnecessary/excessive noise.

Feb. 22

Bruce Dixon, 58, of 184 Reed Road, Tolland, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Richard Kochuck, 39, of 491 Middletown Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for passing in a no passing zone.

Feb. 15

Christopher Scaplen, 27, of 24 Flanders Road, East Hampton, was arrested by Colchester Police and charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and violation of a protective order. He was arrested subsequent to a domestic violence incident on Pleasant Street in Colchester.

Feb. 20

Shawn R. Aldrich, 27, of Hayes Road, East Hampton, was chargedd by Middletown Police with insurance coverage fails minimum, operating an unregistered vehicle, improper use of a marker plate and failure to wear a safety belt.
