Dec. 6

Justin Slater, 21, of 204 Jobs Pond Road, Portland, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident when he lost control of his car on Gadpouch Road. Slater was issued a ticket for traveling too fast for conditions and failure to drive right.

Margaret Nardelli, 33, of 3 Seven Hills Crossing, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident at Lake Drive. Nardelli was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions.

Dec. 10

Jason Pangretic, 31, of Groton Street, Hartford, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass. In a separate incident on Dec. 12, Pangretic was arrested for disorderly conduct, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespassing and interfering with a Police Officer.

Sean S. Anderson, 21, of 17 Colchester Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for driving under the influence and improper use of high beams.

Dec. 11

Sean Jeffers, 25, of 6 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Devyn Coutant, 19, of 11 Dickerson Road, Marlborough, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Karen Sebastiao, 50, of 80 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Tiffany Bond, 20, of 118 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Belinda Trinks, 32, of 24 Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Dec. 12

A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

Barbara Voelker, 79, of 52 Chestnut Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to obey a stop sign.

Dec. 13

Mary Joselis, 61, of 92 Mountain View Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.

Dec. 15

Richard M. Schadtle, 34, of 288 West Road, Marlborough, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a control signal.

Willie James Prioleau, 29, of 76 North 1st St., Meriden, was arrested on three separate counts of violating a restraining order.

Dec. 16

Wioletta D. Backawska, 39, of 146 Texas Drive, New Britain, was issued a written warning for failure to follow a reasonable distance apart.

 

Middletown

Dec. 3

Dylan Barthell, 23, of Main Street, East Hampton, was charged by Middletown Police for failure to display plates, insurance fails minimum and possession of a controlled substance.

Dec. 9

Thomas Bezilla, 40, of Seminole Trail, East Hampton, turned himself in to Middletown Police on an outstanding warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Dec. 10

Anita M. Ackerman, 22, of Daniels Street, East Hampton, was pulled over by Middletown Police for not wearing a seatbelt and subsequently arrested for being a non-student possessing drug parephenalia near a school.

Sean R. Jeffers, 25, of High Street, East Hampton, was charged by Middletown Police with failure to display plates and insurance fails minimum.

 

Portland

Dec. 5

Patrick Brogan, 21, 3 Dogwood Drive, East Hampton, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

 

State Police

Dec. 7

William J. O'Brien, 42, of 2544 Marlborough St., Portland, was charged by Troop F for operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated while traveling on Route 9.
