Oct. 30

Anita Ackerman, 22, of 80a Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 31

Sherri Bonin, 50, of 710 Middletown Road, Colchester, was arrested for drinking while driving, driving under the influence, failure to drive right and illegal storage of narcotics.

Nov. 3

Keith Allen Erbe, 49, of 177 Young St., East Hampton, was arrested for tampering with evidence, second-degree criminal trespass, improper use of license plate, and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

Benjamin Hinchey, 19, of 51 London Road, Hebron, and Gary Sorvillo, 53, of 12 Browning Drive, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at intersection of Spice Hill Drive and Tarragon Drive. Hinchey was issued a ticket for improper parking and Sorvillo was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

David S. Dwyer, 23, of 78 Park Road, Marlborough, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Nov. 4

Crystal Watson, 30, of 27 Renee Lane, Enfield, was arrested for sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.

Michael Philhower, 22, of 212 White Birch Road, East Hampton, was arrested for driving under the influence, evasion of responsibility in operation of a motor vehicle, traveling too fast for conditions, distracted driving and using a hand-held mobile device while operating a motor vehicle.

Nov. 5

Dylan Barthell, 23, of 14 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for tail lamps out.

Arnold C. Baker, III, 20, of 17 S. Main St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to obey a signal and failure to renew motor vehicle registration.

Nov. 7

Kevin Comeau, 23, of 89 Roberts Road, Marlborough, was arrested for third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit same.

Randy Ellin, 26, of 17 Meeks Point Road, East Hampton, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

James C. Tunstall, 26, of 32 Edstrom Road, Marlborough, was arrested for public indecency and disorderly conduct.
