Joshua Winiski, 29, of 28 Main St., Apt. 1, East Hampton, was arrested for fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit same.

Steve Nadolny, 44, of 19 Sunset Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Jason Bell, 29, of 32 Lakewood Road, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident on North Main Street near Sears Park. Bell was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to drive right and traveling too fast for conditions.

Nov. 11

Michael P. Knuth, 23, of 386 West High St., East Hampton, was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive right and littering.

Wayne Hampton, 50, of 87 Lebanon Ave., Colchester, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Nov. 13

Julia Barnes, 32, of 85 Gill St., Colchester, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a control signal.

Nicholas Zawacki, 31, of 63 Georgia Road, Oakdale, was issued a written warning for failure to have tail lamps.

Linda Carberry, 58, of 4 Knollwood Drive, East Hampton, was involved in one-car motor vehicle accident. Carberry was traveling North on Mott Hill Road when she lost control of her vehicle and collided with a tree. Carberry was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Nov. 14

Christopher Gotta, 39, of 1345 Portland-Cobalt Road, Portland, was arrested for issuing a bad check and fourth-degree larceny.

Julie Marie Shaw, 26, of 82 Main St., Apt. 207, East Hampton, and Jason Baltrucki, 35, of 3 Starr Place, East Hampton, were both arrested for disorderly conduct.

Nov. 15

Nicholas Gosselin, 22, of 15 Peach Farm Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for making a restrictive left turn.

Nov. 17

Sara Slocum, 26, of 4 Allison Drive, Portland, and Jessica Hollis, 25, of 309 Bricktop Road, Windham, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Route 16 and Route 66. Slocum was issued a written warning for following too close.
