Feb. 4

Albert A. Overbeck, 51, of 19 Boulder Road, Colchester, was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to drive right and failure to carry insurance.

Feb. 5

Gregory R. Paradis, 34, of 11 Long Hill Road, East Hampton, and Christina Newton, 26, of 130 Colchester Ave., East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 66 in the area of Princess Pocotopaug Drive.  Paradis was arrested for driving under the influence, evading responsibility, and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

Feb. 8

Marshall Allen, 23, of 135 Ballahack Road, East Haddam, and Katherine Fernett, 54, of 3 Middlesex Ave., Cheshire, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of West High Street and Champion Hill Road. Allen received a ticket for following too close.

Michael C. Poe, 37, of 88 Main St., East Hampton, was arrested for first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, fifth-degree larceny and fifth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.

Feb. 10

David W. Parke, 46, of 22 Avon Court, Middletown, was issued a summons for sixth-degree criminal attempt to commit larceny.

Feb. 12

Andrea D. Gayeski, 24, of 128 Davidson Road, Colchester, was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

Feb. 14

Daniel Wagner, 34, of 6 Hills Ave., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for having a head lamp out.

Patrick Scott, 24, of 43 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Lauren M. Russo, 28, of 82 Tartia Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

A 17-year-old juvenile of Marlborough was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Feb. 15

Anthony Gotavaskas, 28, of no certain address, was arrested for first-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

A 16-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions after he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident on Clark Hill Road at the intersection of Champion Hill Road.

A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton received a written warning for failure to display registration plate.

Feb. 17

William D. Murray, 49, of 8C Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Joseph W. Hamner, 52, of Grove St., Portland, was charged by Middletown Police with improper use of a marker plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Feb. 14

Keith L. Goodrich, 22, of Main Street, East Hampton, was charged by Middletown Police with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Feb. 15

Kelly M. Dunnack, 21, of Main Street, Portland, was charged by Middletown Police with non-student possessing drug paraphernalia near school.
