East Hampton Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by local police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

July 14

Brian K. Staples, 50, of 41 E. High St., East Hampton, was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to drive right and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jason Hyde, 33, of 8 Minnetonka Trail, East Hampton, was issued a summons for breach of peace.

William Bell, 66, of 40 Laurel Lane, Columbia, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

A 15-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a summons for criminal trespass.

July 15

Casey Barrett, 18, of 32 Cheney Road, Marlborough, was involved in a single-car motor vehicle accident on Summit Street. Barrett was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions.

July 17

Samantha Fallis, 22, of 12 Balaban Road, Colchester, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a control signal.

Nancy Olson, 42, of 15 Mohawk Trail, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle without a hands free device.

Ryan M. Bogan, 27, of 11 Starr Place, East Hampton, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.

July 18

Justin Pytlik, 28, of 291 Injun Hollow Road, Haddam Neck, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident on Middle Haddam Road. Pytlik was issued a ticket for failure to drive right.

July 17

William Lambert, 18, of 20 Brookside Court, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car accident on Route 16 near Waterhole Road in Colchester. He was transported to Marlborough Clinic for evaluation.
