July 1
Patrick Burbank, 21, of 4 Wangonk Trail, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident. Burbank was arrested for driving under the influence, evading responsibility, misuse of a marker plate and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Ernest Cordeiro, 78, of 10 Quiet Woods Road, East Hampton, and Barbara Fay of 6 Cobalt Road, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of Food Bag On East High Street. Cordeiro was issued a summons for evading responsibility.

Blaire Ocelik, 30, of 81 Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
July 9
Raymond Stebbins Jr., 21, of 205 Isinglass Hill Road, Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
July 12
Jon R. Allen, 20, of 61 Roberts Road, Marlborough, was arrested for violating probation.
July 13
Kyle Adams, 18, of 58 Old Marlborough Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a control signal.
