East Hampton Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by local police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

July 26

Ronald Way, 42, of 100 Young St., East Hampton, was involved in a car vs. utility pole motor vehicle accident in the area of 4 N. Main St. Way was issued a summons for failure to drive right, evading responsibility and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Laura L. Hindle, 45, of 250 Haywardville Road, East Haddam, was issued a summons for misuse of plates and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

July 28

Michael T. Stadtlander, 25, of 17 Anderson Way, East Hampton, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right and failure to obey a stop sign.

Jason Bedford, 42, of 111 Skunk Misery, Killingworth, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident on Summit Street. Bedford was arrested and charged with drinking while driving, driving under the influence, traveling too fast for conditions, possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Lisa Ann Lorenzetti, 49, of 13 Fairlawn Ave., East Hampton, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

July 30

Jose Figueroa, 42, of 100 Maple St., East Hartford, and Joshua Thomas Bucchere, 19, of 678 Beaumont Highway, Lebanon, were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, fourth-degree larceny, unlawful possession of a personal identifying information access device, credit card theft, illegal use of credit card and receipt of money, goods or services obtained by illegal use of credit card. 

July 31

Nancy M. Jordan, 58, of 29 Mullen Ave., Wanaque, N.J., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

Aug. 2

Thomas J. Planeta, 26, of 50 Midwood Farm Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for third-degree criminal mischief.

Richard LaPiene, 58, of 61 White Birch Road, East Hampton, and Peter Christie, 24, of 124 Edstrom Road, Marlborough, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 66 near the area of Lake Drive. LaPiene was issued a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.

Aug. 3

Michael A. Pelletier, 33, of 2 Staeth Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Aug. 5

Elizabeth Maerz, 46, of 467 Overlook Road, Glastonbury, and Cynthia Reep, 52, of 14 Railroad Ave., Madison, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of routes 196 and 16. Reep was issued a summons for following too close, evading responsibility and operating a uninsured motor vehicle.

Aug. 6

Matthew Stoeckle, 36, of 29 Daniel St., East Hampton, and Andrew Burnham, 46, of 1245 Old Colony Road, Wallingford, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Daniel Street. Stoeckle was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Aug. 10

Alice K. Strasser, 69, of 12 Orchard View Lane, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for using a handheld device while operating a motor vehicle.
