Feb. 7
- Kevin Garvey, 26, of 354 Chestnut Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for a tire restriction.

- Derik Ernest Waterman, of Higganum, was charged with fourth-degree larceny stemming from a November, 2012 incident.

- Ralph Stone, Jr., 56, of 15 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.
