- Andrew Devolve, Jr., 53, of 266 Spaulding Road, Plainfield, and Paul Kwasowski, 23, of 74 Mott Lane, Moodus, were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of Routes 16 and 196. Devolve Jr. received a verbal warning for failure to stop at a traffic light.

- Derik Ernest Waterman, of Higganum, was charged with fourth-degree larceny stemming from a November, 2012 incident.

- Ralph Stone, Jr., 56, of 15 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

- Mike Krywinski, 42, of 59 Barton Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.
