East Hampton Police Blotter: Arrests for May 1-9

The following information was provided by the East Hampton Police Department. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

May 1

  • Sarah L. Selavka, 30, of 22 Harlan Place, East Hampton was involved in a one car motor vehicle accident at 105 Main St. Selavka was issued a ticket for failure to drive right and distracted driving.
  • Officer Wishart issued a summons for breach of peace to Alexa Bristol, 26, of 206 Greeting Place, Maybrook, NY after Britol threw a cup of water on a local auto dealer. Bristol is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on May 14th, 2013 at 9 a.m.

May 4  
  • Officer Wilson arrested Stanley Michnowicz, 50, of 165 Clark Hill Road, East Hampton and charged him with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right after observing Michnowicz’ Dodge Neon swerve over the west bound lane of route 66 at an excessive rate of speed. Michnowicz is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on May 15th, 2013 at 9 a.m.
  • Officer Hanlon issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while under suspension to Alfred A. Paradis, III, 33, of 14 Barbara Ave., East Hampton after observing Paradis’ red sedan traveling east bound on Route 66 void a front marker plate. Paradis is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on May 15th, 2013 at 9 a.m.

May 9
  • A 17-year-old juvenile from East Hampton was issued a ticket for failure to obey a stop sign.
