East Hampton Police Blotter: Arrests for Nov. 24-Dec. 7

The East Hampton police department provided the following information. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

 

Nov. 24

  • Robert Montgomery, Jr., 45, of North Carolina, James Marino, Jr., 46, of 41 Smith St., East Hampton and Natalie Marchese, 54, of 144 Green St., New Britain were involved in a three-car accident on Route 16 near the Gulf Road and Bridge Street intersections.  Montgomery was issued a written warning for following too close.

  • Wigberto Laboy, 32, of 17 Old Coach Road, East Hampton, was charged with misuse of the emergency 911 system.

Nov. 27

  • Kevin Carpenter, 19, of 209 Petticoat Lane, East Haddam, was involved in a one-car accident.  Carpenter received a verbal warning for traveling too fast for conditions.

  • Mary Ellen Francis Juma, 28, of 4 Bellevue St., Unit B, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Nov. 29

  • David Jurek, 26, of 100 Sunbright Drive, Meriden, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
  • Brandy Bunnell, 39, of 12 Collie Brook Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and for operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

Dec. 1

  • Mitchell T. Gagne, 20, of 109 Wellswood Road, Amston, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
  • Christina M. Tammaro, 25, of 34 So. Main Street, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
  • A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a ticket for speeding.
  • Russell Levine, 39, of 8 Glenwood Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
  • Nicholas Campisi, 19, of 107 Main Street, East Hampton, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen  substance and possession of less than a half counce of marijuana.  In the same incident Sean McGovern-Cullen, 22, of 201 Chestnut Hill Road, East Hampton, was charged with possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive right.

Dec. 2

  • Michael Olender, 26, of 42 Wilcox Ave., New Britain, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Dec. 4

  • Janet Donlon, 63, of 8 Arch Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for passing in a no passing zone.
  • Robert Miner, 52, of 11 O’Neill Lane, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for towing with no plate.

Dec. 5

  • Kevin C. Messerschmidt, 45, of 200 Chestnut Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

Dec. 6

  • Christopher Hadgkiss, 34, of 64B No. Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
  • Lori James, 42, of 452 Washington St., Middletown, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
  • Bradford Deveran, 41, of 85 Perry St., Putnam, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
  • David Fisher, IV, 23, of 28 Deer Run, Marlborough was issued a written warning for having a tail lamp out.

Dec. 7

  • Sarah L. Selavka, 20, of 22 Harlan Place, East Hampton was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Lisa Lyn Kowalsky, 43, of 249 West High St., East Hampton was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
