East Hampton Police Blotter: Aug. 18 - Sept. 5

The following arrest information was supplied by local police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 18

A 15-year-old East Hampton juvenile was issued a court summons after being charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 18. A 15-year-old Portland juvenile was issued a court summons after being charged with disorderly conduct in the same incident.

Aug. 23

Four East Hampton teenagers, two age 14 and two age 15, were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and a conspiracy to commit burglary in the third-degree on Aug. 23.

Aug. 31

Tiffany Jean Dellacamera, 24, of 159 Main St., East Hampton was arrested and charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 31. Dorothy Goodrich, 48, of 159 Main St., East Hampton was issued a court summons for disorderly conduct in the same incident.

Sept. 2

Donald Feltovic, 64, of 138 Flood Road, Marlborough, and Robert Montelius, 78, of 208 Twin Lake Rd., North Branford, were involved in a two car motor vehicle accident on Route 66 at its intersection with Main and Noorth Main streets on Sept. 2. Feltovic was issued a written warning for following too close.

Sept. 3

Adam Michaud, 18, of 271 Young St., East Hampton was issued a written warning for failure to drive right on Sept. 3.

Sara Simonow, 29, of 75 North Main St., East Hampton was issued a written warning for failure to drive right on Sept. 3.

Mark Robinson, Jr., 34, of 14 White Sands Road, Moodus was issued a written warning for failure to have tail lamps illuminated and failure to renew license on Sept. 3.

Seems to be a lot of juveniles getting into trouble in East Hampton. What are the police and community doing to address this?

Maybe the parents don't keep an eye on them.

I agree above, where are the parents that these kids are unsupervised and causing trouble to the point of having to get arrested. Lock them up and see if that fixes the problem. Give them a taste of reality and see what happens if you don't straighten your lives out now.
