East Hampton Police Blotter: July 20 - July 27

July 23

Officer Wilson responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 131 Colchester Ave. Richard Vezina, Jr., 47, of the same address was arrested for third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree intimidation.

Richard Wall IV, of 230 Crystal Lake Road, Middletown, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display a front marker plate.

Bonnie McKenna, 49, of 20 Coleman Road, Hebron, was issued a ticket for speeding.

Officer Hanlon and Sergeant Green responded to a report of an active domestic disturbance at 47 Hogg Hill Road. Officer Hanlon placed Kelly Lee Nolan, 52, of the same address under arrest for second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

July 22

Dylan Moore, 23, of 40 Middlesex Ave., Chester, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 17

Rafael A. Guzman, 61, of 248 South St., Willimantic, was pulled over by Officer Brault after Officer Brault witnessed Guzman traveling at 15 MPH over the posted speed limit and cross over the yellow center line several times. Guzman was placed under arrest and charged with failure to drive right and driving under the influence.

Mark Bouchard, 18, of 84 Prospect St., Glastonbury, was issued a ticket for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.  A 17-year-old juvenile, of Glastonbury, was issued a juvenile summons in the same incident for possession of alcohol by a minor.

July 16

Officer Burgin placed Guy Hall, 22, of 481 Foot Hills Road, Higganum, under arrest. Hall was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right, misuse of marker plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
