June 22
Emily Denicola, 19, of 4 Algonquin Trail, Moodus, was pulled over by Officer Brault after she was observed traveling at a rate of speed well over the posted speed limit of 45 MPH and cross the double yellow centerline twice. Denicola was arrested for failure to drive right and driving under the influence.

Shirley T. Benjamin, 75, of 19 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for illegal passing.

Officer Pekar responded to a tow car motor vehicle accident in the area of 10 Hurd Park. Andrea Danaher, 31, of 116 Hurd Park Road, East Hampton, had lost control of her vehicle while traveling south on Hurd Park Road and collided with 50 feet of vinyl fence and into a parked vehicle. Danaher was arrested for failure to drive right and driving under the influence.
Scott A. Palmer, 35, of 16 East High St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for misuse of marker plates, operation with an expired license, operation without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
