East Hampton Police Blotter: June 7 - June 14

The following information was provided by the East Hampton Police Department. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

June 11
Lori Swanton, 53, of 66 Main St., East Hampton, turned herself in pursuant to a warrant for her arrest for disorderly conduct.

June 10
Joshua L. Hurley, 23, of 7 Navajo Trail, East Hampton, was placed under arrest for fraudulent use of an ATM, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery stemming from a November 2012 incident.

Officer Salafia and Sergeant Green responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 230 Od West High Street.  Officer Salafia placed Todd Bower, 24, of the same address under arrest for disorderly conduct.

June 9
Sergeant Boynton placed Ashley Surowiecki, 28, of 3 Helena Drive, Cromwell, for failure to drive right and driving under the influence.

June 8
Timothy D. Grote, 39, of 1113 Portland Cobalt Road, Portland, was issued a summons for second-degree breach of peace.

Jordan Parsons, 24, of 50 Old West High St., East Hampton, turned himself in pursuant to an active PRAWN warrant. Parsons was processed and charged with failure to respond to an infraction.

Officer Burgin took Ralph Stone Jr., 56, of 15 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, into custody based on an active PRAWN warrant. Stone Jr. was charged with violation of probation.

June 5
Scott Lufbery, 21, of 210 West High St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for traveling fast and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

June 4
Jorge Gomez, 35, of 146 Wopowog Road, East Hampton, Jennifer Sharp, 42, of 26 Colchester Ave., East Hampton and Michael Fiddler, 26, of 11 Woodland Heights, Rockfall, were involved in a three car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 66 & Childs Road. Gomez was issued a ticket for failure to obey a stop sign and unsafe passing.
