East Hampton Police Blotter: Sept. 22 - Sept. 28

The following information provided by the East Hampton Police Department. An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction. All individuals listed in our reports are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 25

Sarah J. Stannard, 24, of 27 Mallard Cove, East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Nicole C. Chagnon, 20, of 7 Barton Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to drive right.

Paul Mellard, 41, of 170 Sargeant St., Hartford, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 21

Sergeant Dowty and Officer Salafia responded to 4 Depot Hill for a complaint of an unwanted person. Kristen Ann Chapone, 23, of 222 Pearl St., Apt. 1S, Middletown, was placed under arrest for violating a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Maria Pecor, 52, of 68 Brier Road, Glastonbury, was arrested for disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute occurred at 43 East High St., East Hampton.

Sept. 18

Lance Quinion, 30, of 182 East High St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Sept. 17

Ryan Plourde, 29, of 79 Old Marlborough Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

Sept. 16

Officer Hanlon observed a black SUV traveling southbound on Main Street at a rate of speed well in excess of the clearly posted 35 MPH speed limit and attempted to initiate a motor vehicle stop. The driver failed to obey Officer Hanlon’s signal engaging him in pursuit. The driver was finally forced to stop when he made a turn onto a dead end road. David D. Winslow, 38, of 19 Sunset Drive, East Hampton, was placed under arrest for traveling unreasonably fast, engaging police in pursuit, operating under the influence and operating under suspension.
