East Hampton
March 14
One 15-year-old juvenile and two 14-year-old juveniles, all of East Hampton, were each issued summons for third-degree assault.

March 16
Robert Hills, 19, and Ronald Hills, 19, both of 772 Brooks Road, Middletown, were issued tickets for creating a public disturbance. Robert Hills had an additional charge of simple trespass.

Stephen Spranzo, 36, of 45 Standish Road, Colchester, was issued a ticket for simple trespass.
March 28
Joseph Lineberry, 32, of 305R Main St., Durham was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.
April 2
Robert P. Zipoli, 27, of 169 East High St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for misuse of plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper display of a marker plate.
April 5
A 17-year-old juvenile of Cromwell was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
April 6
Jason M. Bernard, 32, of 82 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Brian Irizarry, 24, of 4, of 25 Hilltop Road, East Hampton, and Amy Churyk, 43, of 5 Samuel Arnold Road, Haddam Neck, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle collision at the intersection of West High St. and Spice Hill Drive. Irizarry was issued a written warning for following too close.
Kelly Naughton, 27, of 3 Bishop Hill Road, East Hampton, was arrested for shoplifting.
April 7
Sarah Jayne Garvey, 28, of 667 Boston Neck Road, Suffield, and James Braun, 67, of 150 Kinney Road, Amston, were involved in a minor motor vehicle accident on Route 66 in front of the Rite Aid Plaza. Garvey was issued a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.
Gregory S. Harrison, 50, of 38 Picture Lane, Naugatuck, was arrested for driving under the influence, and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.
April 8
John E. Weston, 64, of 11 Dziok Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
Xavier Tate, 19, of 38 Pepperidge Road, Portland, was issued a ticket for failure to renew registration, failure to carry insurance and failure to carry a license.
April 9
Ryan M. McGrath, 23, of 266 West Main St., Meriden, received a written warning for littering.
Joann N. Williams, 65, of 10 Cone Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling too fast.
April 11
Jenna Tuccillo, 25, of 49 Canterbury Lane, Southington, was issued a written warning for using a mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle.
Amanda Cardillo, 32, of 5 King James Drive, East Lyme, was issued a written warning for using a mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle.
April 12
Eric J. Taylor, 31, of 92 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
Kristen Jensen, 27, of 112 Mountain View Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
Richard F. Whitney, 43, of 45 Flanders Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
April 13
Thomas J. Ford, Jr., 21, of 15 Quarry Hill Road, Haddam Neck, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
Portland
April 2
Joseph Piatti, 24, of 46 Champion Hill Road, East Hampton, was charged with second-degree assault and breach of peace.
April 6
Kevin Phillpchik, 18, 86 Bartlett St., Portland, was charged with driving under the influence.
April 9
Kathleen Carta, 42, address unknown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Areawide
April 4
Michael J. Foley, 23, of Grist Mill Lane, East Hampton, was charged by Middletown Police with second-degree breach of peace.
April 12
Dylan G. Barthell, 23, of 55 Midwood Farm Road, East Hampton, and Justin Kunak, 33, of 193 N. Parker Hill Road, Killingworth, were involved in a two-vehicle accident on Route 154 in Haddam. Barthell was issued an infraction for failure to grant right of way.
April 15
Robert S. Benjamin Jr., 20, of Dale Drive, East Hampton, was charged by Middletown Police for operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.
