East Hampton Fire Department Announces Santa Run

The East Hampton Volunteer Fire Department Co. 1 announces that Santa is planning his yearly "Santa Run" around East Hampton on the fire engine beginning Dec. 11 and running through Dec. 22.

Each night Santa will begin his run at approximately 5:30 p.m. and continue till 9:30 p.m. Dec. 21 and 22 will be make up runs (in case of bad weather and any emergency calls that he might have to respond to).

Due to the high demand for the kids to see him, extra nights have been added in hope of Santa seeing as many children as possible.

The following are the nights and streets Santa plans on stopping at:

Dec. 11: Spice Hill, Champion Hill, Nutmeg Lane, Arden Way, Saffron, Abbey Road, Tarragon Drive, Curry Lane, Serafin Terrace, Cone Road.

Dec. 12: Hog Hill, Michael Drive, Charles Mary Drive, Alden Crossing, William Drive, Long Crossing, Terp Road, Old Middletown, Chestnut Hill, Old Coach Road.

Dec. 13: Skinner Street, Old Young Street, Young Street, Taylor Drive, Old Skinner Street, Wildwood Lane, Old Chestnut, Lena Lane, Emily Lane, Carriage Drive.

Dec. 14: Wopowog Road, South Main Street, Daniel Street, Brook Hill Drive¸ Colchester Avenue, Dziok Drive, Dale Drive, Holly Drive.

Dec. 15: Chatham Fields, Edgerton Street, Smith Street, Huckleberry Acres, Sunset Drive, Dogwood Drive, Royal Oaks, Arch Drive.
