Leonard Hall, 45, and Bonnie L. Barrilaro, 55, both of 7 Markham Lane, East Hampton, were issued summons for disorderly conduct.

Brian J. Sellier, 22, 5 Park Road, Marlborough, was arrested for driving under the influence, traveling too close and failure to drive right.

Michael Gassner, 76, 48 N. Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for illegal passing.

James Selavka, 46, 69 Westwood Knoll, Meriden, was issued a summons for unnecessary/excessive exhaust noise, failure to display a front marker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Thomas Debaise Jr., 21, 19 Christians Crossing, Durham, was issued a written warning for blue headlights and mirror lights and not having a light for marker plate.

March 15

Maria J. Alipio, 50, 23 Tuccitto Road, Portland, was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

Brett Roberson, 46, 15 Brack Farm Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Mark Kneeland, 27, 22 Lakeview St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for having a cracked windshield.

Patrick A. Lachappelle, 23, 6 Markham Lane, East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct.  In a separate incident Lachappelle was arrested with interfering with a police officer and assaulting a police officer.

March 17

Karrah M. Standish, 23, 11 Flannery Row, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident on Cone Road, which subsequently led to her arrest for driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

Courtney Eighmy, 31, 13 Candlewood Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Victoria Brothers, 39, 60 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

March 19

A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was arrested for larceny in the 5th degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the 5th degree.

Eric Brochu, 24, 22 Lakeview St., East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Michael Cavanaugh, 28, 73 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle, misuse of marker plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Sean Martland, 26, 6 Mark Twain Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling too fast.

Dylan Picard, 21, 16 Stagecoach Run, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle.

Vincent Daddio, 64, 23 Toad Ridge Road, Middlefield, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

Michael Poe, 36, 18 Wells Ave., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for having tinted windows and having a faulty exhaust system.

Jane Gould, 68, 3 Gay Ridge Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Alison Rawlinson, 32, 48 Tarragon Drive, East Hampton, and Robert Zotter, 64, 73 Thompson Road, Berlin, were involved in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 16 and Alden’s Crossing.  Rawlinson was issued a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.

March 22

Kim M. Dong, 54, 147 Grandview Drive, Glastonbury, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a traffic signal.

Stanley B. Lindh, 60, 157 Wopowog Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failing to obey a traffic signal.

Brian J. Benigni, 42, 41 Viola Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a traffic signal.

Dylan A. Miller, 19, 255 Rock Landing Road, East Hampton, was arrested for burglary in the 3rd degree and larceny in the 3rd degree.

Tod Charpentier, 22, 47 S. Main St., Marlborough, was issued a written warning for failure to have tail lamp.

Jennifer L. Griswold, 54, 86 Lamotte Road, Coventry, was issued a written warning for traveling too fast.

Mary E. Mahoney, 51, 85 N. Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a traffic signal.

Michelle Gustine, 45, 67 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.

Noel J. Cherubino, 37, 274 Town St., East Haddam, was issued a written warning for traveling too fast.

Mark Major, 35, of 44 Thornbush Road, Mansfield, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Joseph A. Agostino, 29, of no certain address, Portland, was arrested in Middletown for breach of peace and 2nd degree threatening.
