John C. Webster, 58, of 16 Merrow Road. Mansfield, was issued a summons for having a defective windshield, failure to display front marker plate, operating a motor vehicle while under suspension and without insurance.

Carrie L. Wagner, 34, of 68 Klan Drive, Wolcott, was arrested for traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, possession of cocaine, failure to carry insurance and interfering with a police officer.
