East Hampton resident arrested as fugitive

Jan. 31

Pamela Cramer, 64, of 218 White Birch Road, East Hampton, and Michelle Paquette, 18, of 8 Glenwood Drive, East Hampton, were involved in a two vehicle accident on Route 66.  Cramer was issued a written warning for failure to follow a reasonable distance apart and Paquette was issued a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Feb. 2

Colin M. Schad, 26, of 96 Middle Haddam Road, East Hampton, was arrested for larceny in the 6th degree.

Feb. 4

Matthew Kennedy, 26, of 3521 Village Boulevard, West Palm, Fla., was issued a written warning for operating a motor vehicle with a headlight out.

Mark Miner, 23, of 139 White Birch Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for speeding.

Barton W. Blau, 63, of 7 Hills Ave., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to obey a control signal and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Agnes C. Lorenc, 70, of 21 Holly Drive, East Hampton, was in a motor vehicle accident involving another parked car on Main Street at East Hampton Post Office.  Lorenc was issued a ticket for unsafe passing.

Feb. 5

Elaine Ehrhardt, 75, of 54 Flanders Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.

Tyler J. Maxwell, 27, of 17 Sherry Drive, East Hampton, was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to drive right, traveling too fast for conditions and failure to give signal while making a left turn.

Linda J. Myers, 50, of 11 Strubridge Road, Marlborough, was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to drive right, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and  driving with an obscured marker.

Feb. 6

Thomas Hall, 61, of 17 Dale Drive, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.

Feb. 7

Christopher Laurito, 20, of 85 N. Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for an improper muffler.

Olivia N. Breece, 18, of 30 Stephen Tom Road, Portland, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and failure to drive right.

Gretchen Hall, 70, of 62 Crane Hill Road, Storrs, was issued a written warning for failure to display rear marker.

A 17-year-old of Portland and a 17-year-old from Glastonbury were arrested.  The Portland youth was arrested for carrying a deadly weapon in a motor vehicle.  The Glastonbury youth was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 4 oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stanley Warzecha, 83, of 21 Hills Ave., East Hampton, Timothy Rall, 55, of 123 Main St., East Hampton, and Guy Miner, 46, of 116 Colchester Ave., East Hampton, were involved in a three vehicle accident at the intersection of Colchester Ave. (Route 16) and Smith St. Warzecha was issued a ticket for following too close.

Feb. 8

David Caldwell, 21, of 157 Daly Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning of unsafe load of snow.

A 17-year-old of East Hampton was issued a written warning for following too close.

Seth Hall, 20, of 126 Bear Swamp Road, East Hampton, was arrested for larceny in the 3rd degree, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, fraudulent use of an ATM and issuing a bad check.

Feb. 9

Nasiadka Dionige, 18, of 5 Saw Mill Lane, South Windsor, was issued a written warning for speeding.

Dionige J. Nasiadka, 18, of 5 Sawmill Lane, South Windsor was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 4oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Meghan O’Brien, 39, of 17 Haddam Neck Road, East Hampton, was issued arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana less than 4 oz., and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Demetrios E. Katras, 32, of 166 Comstock Trail, East Hampton, was arrested as a fugitive from justice stemming from an extraditable warrant from Pennsylvania.  The charges from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are four counts of theft by unlawful taking- movable property, four counts of theft by deception- false impression, four counts of retail theft and four counts of receiving stolen property.

Feb. 10

Michele Manfito, 41, of 7 Crescent St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for having a tail lamp out.

Feb. 11

Charles R. Mauri, Jr., 18, of 19 Oak Knoll Road, East Hampton, was arrested for manufacturing of bombs, conspiracy to commit the manufacturing of bombs, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree and breach of peace in the 2nd degree.
