Dec. 19

Danielle Zoldak, 45, of 14 Whippoorwill Hollow Road, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident. Zoldak was issued a ticket for traveling too fast for conditions.

Nicole E. Bradnor, 22, of 27 Thornbridge Drive, Colchester, was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

A 17-year-old juvenile of Portland was issued a ticket for passing a standing school bus on Tartia Road.

Dec. 24

Addie Katz, 21, of 56 Mansfield Terrace, Middletown, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Timothy Spooner, 22, of 5 Seminole Trail, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

Dec. 27

Victoria Buden, 42, of 130 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Brian Kerr, 30, of 276 Colin St., Hartford, was issued a summons for operating under suspension after he backed the delivery truck he was driving under low hanging wires which resulted in the electrical wires being pulled off the building at 94 Main St.

Dec. 30

Nicholas Long, 29, of 22 Skinner St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

 

Portland

Dec. 22

Mustafa A. Ar-Rasheed, 73, of South St., Portland, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Dec. 23

David Smith, 21, of 7 Freestone Ave., Portland, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

 

State Police, Troop K

Dec. 8

Brian Staples, 49, of 41 East High St., East Hampton, was discovered in the driver's seat of a vehicle with the engine running in Moodus. After failing a series of field sobriety tests, Staples was placed under arrest and charged with DUI.

John Paul Fournier, 22, of 45 Forest Road, East Hampton, was arrested on two counts of sixth-degree larceny, based on an active warrant, and stemming from a police investigation related to a theft at Shagbark Lumber & Farm Supply in East Haddam.
