- Walter Harris, 23, of 133 Deerfield Drive, Glastonbury, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in a proper lane.
- A 17 year-old minor male was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana near a school and possession of marijuana. He was referred to Juvenile Court.

- Frederick Rubio, 29, of 1170 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.
