Portland Blotter: Arrests For March 27-April 15

April 15

  • FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH FINGERPRINTS, INTERFERING WITH AN OFFICER, ASSAULTING A  PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER — At 9:39 a.m., Lisa Keleher, 52, of Main Street, Portland, was at Middlesex Hospital when police were alerted she had assaulted a paramedic. The emergency medical worker said Keleher had swung at her and a co-worker at the hospital several times, the report indicates, but calmed down during the ambulance ride. When they tried to remove her from the stretcher, police say, Keleher hit the woman's face, splitting her lip. The report says Hunt refused to be fingerprinted and made several "feeble attempts" to strike officers that were "unsuccessful." She has an April 22 court date and is being held on a $1,000 surety bond.

  • OPERATING AN UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE OF MARKER PLATE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED — Richard M. Mazzotta, 52, of Strongs Avenue, Portland, was driving on Spring Street without a front license plate and a driver's license suspended since 2008.

  • OPERATING AN UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, FAILURE TO CARRY CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE, OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, FAILURE TO HAVE LIGHTS LIT — At 10:57 p.m., Steven Dickerson, 42, of Chatham Court, Portland, was driving a Dodge Durango on Washington Street with a broken headlight.
