Feb. 3

  • Kyle Stolz, 40, of 340 Main St., Portland, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a restraining order.                                                            
  • Ashley N. Stebbins, 21, of Marlborough Street, Portland, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a safety belt.
