Nov. 1

Jimmy Sanchez, 36, 38 Walnut St., Middletown, was arrested and charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates and driving without insurance on Nov. 1.

Nov. 3

Jarrett Myers, 28, 299 Chauncey Road, Middletown, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance on Nov. 3.
