William Raskoft, 48, 9 West High St., East Hampton, was arrested and charged with a breach of peace on Nov. 21.

Walter McKelvey, 46, 18 Riverside St., Portland, was arrested and charged with a breach of peace on Nov. 21.

Nov. 22

Nickolas Trudeau, 32, 38 Charter Road, Wethersfield, was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and second-degree larceny on Nov. 22.

David Frank, 39, 311 Main St., Portland, was arrested and charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear on Nov. 22.

Nov. 25

Cecil Hudson, 58, 102 Jobs Gate #3, Portland, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, evading responsibility and following too close on Nov. 25.

Zachary Albanese, 19, 141 Paley Farm Road, Portland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 25.

Christie Leclaire, 18, 163 Airline Ave., Portland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 25.
