Oct. 6

Heath R. Galvin, 22, of 61 N. Main St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for misuse of plates, operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

Oct. 8

Natalie MacNeal, 21, of 18 Navajo Trail, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

Oct. 14

Erika Peterson, 29, of 76 Colchester Ave., East Hampton, and Margaret Palmer, 42, of 184 Pleasant St., Colchester, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of West High Street and Middle Haddam Road.  Peterson was issued a written warning for following too closely.

Oct. 16

Stacy Marek, 38, of 371 N. Main St., Southington and Patricia Moran, 33, of 371 Cook Hill Road, Danielson, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Old Marlborough Road and Route 66. Marek was issued a written warning for following too closely.

Oct. 19

John R. Forbes IV, 24, of 29 Main St., East Hampton, was arrested for second degree criminal mischief and third degree larceny.

Oct. 20

Kyla Taylor, 29, of 9 W. High St., East Hampton, was arrested for possession of narcotics.

 

Portland

Oct. 3

A 17-year-old male juvenile was given an infraction for possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

Oct. 4

Joseph Bortolan, 18, of 18 Murphy Road, Portland, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brenden Mishter, 18, 76 Libery St., Middletown, was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

Oct. 6

JC Miller, 38, 364 Mt. Hope Road, Mansfield Center, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Oct. 7

Barbara Yockachonis, 41, of Glastonbury Turnpike, Portland, was charged by Middletown Police with improper use of a marker plate, operating an unregistered vehicle and insurance fails to meet minimum.
