According to police, Brennan and his children had been sleeping in the truck parked at the hotel. Police believe Brennan had his daughter breathe into the ignition interlock device installed in the truck to prevent the driver from driving drunk.
Court records show Brennan has twice pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, most recently in August 2010.
