State Rep. reads to Portland children for 'Take Your Child to the Library Day.'
State Rep. Christie Carpino (R-Cromwell) read to the children on Saturday at the Portland Public Library in celebration of Connecticut's "Take Your Child to the Library Day." She read the book, "The Cow Loves Cookies" to the children. Carpino represents the 32nd district serving Portland, Cromwell and part of Middletown.
